5Practice
Take a quiz
Before a quiz starts, you'll see a start screen with the number of questions, the time limit and the marking rules. The timer only begins when you press Start.
Which one is the synonym of “Rapid”?
- 1
Watch the timer
The clock at the top shows the time left. You'll get a warning when 1 minute remains.
- 2
Tap your answer
Tap an option to select it. Tap a different one to change your mind.
- 3
Not sure? Flag it
Tap Flag to mark a question you want to check again before you submit.
- 4
Jump between questions
Open the question list to see which questions are answered, skipped or flagged, and jump to any of them.
- 5
Next, then Submit
Go to the next question. On the last one, tap Submit — you'll be asked to confirm first.
Tip
Your answers save automatically. If your phone's battery dies or the internet drops, open the quiz again and you'll continue where you left off.
📱 On your phone
- Tap anywhere on an option — the whole box is a button.
- Turn your phone sideways for long reading passages.
- Turn on “Do not disturb” so calls don't interrupt a timed test.
6Learn from mistakes
Check your results
Right after you submit, you'll see your score and every question with your answer. This is where real improvement happens.

Taller bars mean better scores. If the bars are rising, your practice is working.

Skill scores
Green topics are strong. Red topics are your weak areas — practise those first for the fastest improvement.
Tip
Spend most of your time on your red (weakest) topics. Raising a 40% topic to 70% adds far more marks than pushing 85% to 90%.
Smart practice
How practice adapts to you
You don't have to choose easy or hard questions. Quizghor watches how you answer and picks each quiz's questions for you — not too easy, not too hard, and always bringing back what you need to practise.
Questions grow with you
Quizghor keeps a level for you in each subject. It starts in the middle and moves after every quiz you finish: score well and your next questions get a little harder, struggle and they get a little easier. One bad day never drops you far.
Mistakes come back
A question you got wrong comes back the next day. Get it right and it waits longer before returning — 3 days, then a week, two weeks, a month. Once you've answered it right five times in a row, it stops coming back in practice.
New questions first
Practice quizzes give you questions you haven't seen yet and the ones you missed first, plus a few you already know so nothing is forgotten. Mock tests leave your history aside and feel like the real exam.
Streaks change the next question
In quizzes that show the answer after each question, getting three right in a row makes the next questions one step harder; three wrong in a row makes them one step easier.
Hints count half
A right answer after opening the hint still helps, but it counts half toward your level, and that question comes back the next day.
Retrying mistakes is safe
“Retry missed” is pure revision: it never changes your level, because you've just seen the answers.
Example: you finish a vocabulary quiz with 90%. Next time, a few more of your questions are a step harder, the two you missed come back the next day, and the ones you knew return in a few days to check you still remember them.

Questions & answers
Why do I get different questions from my friend in the same quiz?
Many quizzes pick questions to match each student's level and history: new questions and the ones you missed come first, and the difficulty follows how well you've been doing. See “How practice adapts to you” above.
Do I need a computer, or is my phone enough?
Your phone is enough. Quizghor works in any modern browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.) on phones, tablets and computers. Nothing to install.
Is anything free?
Yes. Lessons and quizzes with a green “Free” label can be opened by anyone after signing in — no payment needed. It's a good way to try a course before you enroll.
What if my internet disconnects during a quiz?
Don't worry. Your answers are saved automatically as you go. Open the same quiz again and you'll continue from where you stopped. If the quiz has a timer, the clock keeps running, so reconnect as soon as you can.
I paid but the course still looks locked.
Wait a few seconds and refresh the page — payments are usually confirmed instantly, but sometimes take a moment. Make sure you're signed in with the same account you paid with. If it's still locked, contact us with your payment transaction ID.
What happens when my plan ends?
You'll see a reminder before it expires. When it ends, the paid lessons and quizzes lock again, but your scores and history stay safe. Renew from the course page any time to continue.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, enter your phone number, then tap “Forgot password?”. We'll send a code by SMS so you can set a new password. If you use Google sign-in, there's no password to remember.
Why can't I see the correct answers right away?
Each quiz chooses when to show answers: right after each question, after you submit, or never (for exam-style tests). The quiz's start screen tells you which one applies.
