Questions institutions ask
How do my students get access?
Add them by phone number. Students who already use Quizghor get the course instantly; new students receive an invite and get access as soon as they sign up with that number.
Can students keep their personal Quizghor account?
Yes. A student uses one account for both: their own purchases and everything your institution gives them.
How do we pay?
By bank transfer or bKash. After approval you'll see our account details in your institution panel; your access starts once we confirm the payment.
What happens when we remove a student?
Their access through your institution ends. The seat stays used for the current billing period — seats aren't returned or rolled over.
Can we change package or add students later?
Anytime from your panel: add seats, add courses or upgrade your package. Each change becomes an order we confirm after payment.
Is the price on the calculator final?
It's an estimate from our current rates. Our team confirms the final price with you before you pay.
